The language is part of the address: Czech at /, German at /de/, English at /en/. Nothing is stored in your browser for this and nothing is transmitted.

When you call or write to us we process your name, phone number or e-mail address and the details of your booking. The legal basis is performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We keep the data only as long as the booking requires; e-mail correspondence is deleted after a year at the latest.

The typefaces are stored on our own server. Loading them makes no connection to any third party and your IP address is not passed on.

The contact page embeds a Google map. It loads only once you scroll to it – until you see it, no connection to Google is made. Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and device details and may set its own cookies within that frame. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being easy to find, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An e-mail to restauraceuprusu@seznam.cz is enough.
